3D-Printed Components and IDs:

To make the SKPOP Dispenser Mini, you will need the following non-printed components:

• 6x M3 screws, length between 6 and 12 mm

  • Alternatively, use superglue
• 1x rubber strip, length = 115 mm, width ~ 15 mm, thickness ~ 2 mm
  • Example: https://a.co/d/czWigbg
  • Alternatively, use rubber band

To assemble the dispenser, follow the instructions below:

1. Insert main gear [9] through the case.

   

2. Install knob [5] onto the gear axle from the outside of the case, then secure with a M3 screw.

   

3. Insert roller gear [8] through roller gear mount [7] into roller drum [4], then secure with a M3 screw. Wrap the roller drum with rubber strip.

   

4. Install the roller assembly to the bottom of the card tray [3], then secure with a M3 screw.

   

5. Snap front roller [6] into card tray [3]. The front roller should not rotate freely. Make sure the two notches are pointing up.

   

6. Install the card tray assembly into case [2], then secure with 3x M3 screws.

   

7. Slide on lid [1] and dispense!

   

8. If multiple cards come out at once, adjust by rotating the front roller [6] 90° so that the notches point sideways. This decreases the dispensing gap to accommodate thinner cards. Rotate more (up to 180°) if needed.
